Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of 253 posts of Jail Warder in the Prison Department in the pay scale of Rs. 14000-60,500 (Pay Band No.2) and Grade Pay Rs. 5200/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules. Applications must be submitted online through the SLPRB website(www.slprbassam.in). The online application will be received with effect from 28-01-2023 and the last date of receiving the application will be 11-02-2023

Nationality- Candidates must be Indian Citizen, permanent resident of Assam.

Educational Qualification :

• H.S.L.C or equivalent from Govt. a recognized Board or Council.

• Race: 1600 meters race to be completed within 450 seconds.

Female Race Long Jump

• Race: 800 meters race to be completed within 240 seconds.
• Long Jump: Minimum 244 cm for long jump (3 chances )
