Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022 Details
1. Generalist Officer-II
No of posts: 400 [SC:60, ST:30, OBC:108, EWS:40, UR:162]
Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 31.12.2021.
Pay: Pay Scale-II, Rs. 48170– (1740/1)- 49910– (1990/10)– 69810.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Passing JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable.
OR
A professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit-related areas/ Branch Head/in Incharge is preferable.
2. Generalist Officer-III
No of posts: 100 [SC:15, ST:7, OBC:27, EWS:10, UR:41]
Age Limit: 25- 35 years as of 31.12.2021.
Pay: Pay Scale-III, Rs. 63840- (1990/5)– 73790– (2220/2)– 78230
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Passing JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable.
OR
A professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA from a recognized University/Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience as Branch Manager/Head out of five years. Experience in Credit-related areas/In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Selection Process of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022
The candidates shall be required to appear for online examination to be conducted through IBPS. The successful candidates shall be called for interview in the proportion of 1:4 based on their ranking.
Examination consisting of an Objective Test for 150 marks will be conducted online. The test will have four Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:
- English Language: 20 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Marks
- Reasoning Ability: 20 Marks
- Professional Knowledge: 90 Marks
1. The allocation of marks for online examination and Interview is each of 100 only, which will be converted into 60:40.
2. The minimum cut off marks for online examination, interview and final selection shall be 50% for UR / EWS and 45% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD.
3. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination and Interview and accordingly a merit list shall be prepared for selection of candidates.
4. Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of combined scores obtained, in case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
