Mode of selection in respect to the above

mentioned post shall be through personal interview/Viva-voce only.

✅ The applicant will have to submit self attested documents (photocopy) of all educational qualification, age proof and caste certificate along with 3 copies of recent passport size photographs.

✅ The applicant must clearly mention on the envelope against the post he/she has applied for.

✅ Candidates serving in Govt. department must apply through proper channel.

✅ Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to “The District & Sessions Judge, Golaghat785621, Assam”.

✅ Applications should reach the office of the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in newspapers.

✅ The admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional at any time before or after the selection process, if it is found that a candidate does not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice.

✅ The Selection Board will not be responsible for any postal delay in delivering the applications and those applications will be summarily rejected without any notice.

✅ Mere calling of candidate to participate in the selection process or issuance of admit card/call letter etc. does not necessarily mean acceptance of candidature of any candidate which shall be further scrutinized at every stage and the selection /appointing authority reserves the right to reject the candidature of any candidate at any time.

✅ The list of the eligible candidates and list of rejected candidates will be uploaded in the official website (golaghatjudiciary.gov.in) with the date of interview.

✅ No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates. However, list of candidates to be called for Personal interview/ Viva-voce will be uploaded in the official website of Golaghat District Judiciary (golaghatjudiciary.gov.in) and candidates will download the same from the official website.

✅  Valid Employment Exchange registration Number is mandatory for those who are not in service. The candidates shall have to mention the Employment Exchange Registration number and dates in the application.

✅  No TA/DA etc. shall be paid to the candidates for participating in the selection process.

✅  Any information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate personally.

✅ The candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form and the selection/appointing authority shall not be responsible or liable in anyway.

✅ The certificate for claim of reservation must be obtained from the competent authority.

✅ The appointment and conditions of service of the selected candidates shall be governed by the relevant Rules.

✅ If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature will be rejected.
